Triangular fibrocartilage complex lesions

This structure is composed by a group of ligaments whose main role is to give stability during rotation of the wrist (so called pronation and supination).
The lesion mainly occurs after a sudden rotation of the wrist, more rarely by continuous overload.
Being composed by different structures, also the clinical setting may vary a lot thought the treatment has to be custom on patient’s needs.
